COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 951A-V-0120-N2.5-D5-5-E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Astrosystems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Astrosystems such as the HST21U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7703BR04N3BPT manufactured by Atc and we are pleased to be able to service most Atc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BES02KW by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BNS519D2R1210010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BOS74KUU1FRB0Z02 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCR11 made by Asea-Brown-Boveri as well as the popular BESM12MLPSC8OESO4GW01 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOS0156 by Balluff and BOS74KUU1FRB0Z02 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BOS0091 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
