COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 951AC10030XXE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ati products, including obsoleted and phased-out Angland parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ati such as the SE12T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT111713 manufactured by Angland and we are pleased to be able to service most Angland systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BOS65K5M110T2PS4 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand 27825MGE3016A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BLE18MRBA1LTS4C equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PN30120441A10 made by Applied-Materials as well as the popular M484L original spares produced by Avitron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D10DFPQ by Banner and BLE18MRBA1LTS4C spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLS18MXX1LTS4C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
