COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 851FG0100NHSCN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ametek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BILED0P160A01S75 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 70520026 manufactured by Ametek and we are pleased to be able to service most Ametek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature btl5g11m0100ps32 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand RPE3008PPU02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BES516213E4E03 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BES516538S4H made by Balluff as well as the popular BOS12MPS1XBS4C original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RGPT3005V1215PU01 by Balluff and BES516213E4E03 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 44A01000P4E0000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
