COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 80-236000-90 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Barber-Colman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the 8023600090 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A00622061717 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 80BD00022202V00 by Manufacturer Barber-Colman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bosch Brand 9156200133500439 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fanuc such as A02B0098B511 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A06B0345B331 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A06B0163B175R original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A06B0564B175 by Fanuc and A02B0098B511 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9RV6A9 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Midwest. |
