COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 700-0207-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ashcroft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ashcroft parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashcroft such as the HPO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KX7M0415M2 manufactured by Ashcroft and we are pleased to be able to service most Ashcroft systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 05088CU01093005 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Asco Brand 381699C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as 229124 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BODS80MH5Y09PPIZ made by Balluff as well as the popular BESZ02KR2PSC20FP200S04V original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL2N20305FS50 by Balluff and 229124 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTL2L11524ZS50 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
