COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 700-0002-036 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ati parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Avitron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the BES5163005GE4CS4901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SE12T manufactured by Ati and we are pleased to be able to service most Ati systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M484REVAD by Manufacturer Avitron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas-Copco Brand 1000C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Analytec such as 7891021 equipment made by Analytec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Analytec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Analytec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BIC213P2A30Q90AAGPX0BZ05 made by Balluff as well as the popular CL10DJ original spares produced by Automation-Products Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N087J30029 by Asahi and 7891021 spares by Analytec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2120404 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
