COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 57SP006B2SCA(10) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Datalogic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Banner-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Datalogic such as the DL910 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BTL2A210762ZS32 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SLSCR301050P8 by Manufacturer Banner-Engineering as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ati Brand 9120J16T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bindicator such as RF92C2X3S equipment made by Bindicator have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bindicator products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bindicator" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SR071G00501100 made by Anderson as well as the popular IS540310 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2150504201002 by Bently-Nevada and RF92C2X3S spares by Bindicator are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 105000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex. |
