COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 57SP006B2S(10) parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cleveland-kidder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ateq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Anritsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cleveland-kidder such as the UPB5500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 300148 manufactured by Ateq and we are pleased to be able to service most Ateq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA9723A by Manufacturer Anritsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BTL5T110M0305ZS103 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cleveland such as MO0449110 equipment made by Cleveland have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cleveland products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cleveland" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EX11310241 made by Bei as well as the popular 3000NPU02 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MT40DXHSS64N128TXD6CREC22S5 by Bei and MO0449110 spares by Cleveland are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 57SP006B2SCA10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek. |
