COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 409-1000-001 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asahi-America products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aro product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asahi-America such as the B94WJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NX2A4T11 manufactured by Anci and we are pleased to be able to service most Anci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 23151009020M by Manufacturer Aro as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Angst-+-Pfister Brand FRRACS10E6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asb such as FRR equipment made by Asb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EF837G041 made by Asco as well as the popular IDX12A original spares produced by Asahi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD1G10891104 by Anderson and FRR spares by Asb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HMD3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asc. |
