COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 2120R1K0D1A0N0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asi-Instruments product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asm such as the WS10750420AL10SB0D8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BES02AM manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A0110100R by Manufacturer Asi-Instruments as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BOD63LM01S115 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Axcelis such as SC500C equipment made by Axcelis have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Axcelis products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Axcelis" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BESZ02KR2PSC20FP200S04V made by Balluff as well as the popular SLSR30900Q8 original spares produced by Banner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BOS23KPURH10S4 by Balluff and SC500C spares by Axcelis are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UHZAN0A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Direct. |
