COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Appleton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Appleton such as the EFDB175PC120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RFEA3010PU03 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BUS005Y by Manufacturer Balluff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BTL5E10M2032RS32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BTME1101 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTL5P1M0600PS32 made by Balluff as well as the popular SACM1030SENW original spares produced by Autotech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ASHK17MEK11F3X12 by Ashcroft and BTME1101 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BNIIOL104000K006 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff.
