COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 1989-CA-1783 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Custom-Servo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dopag product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo such as the 46987602K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 26PK manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4002593 by Manufacturer Dopag as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triconex Brand 3805E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as 2N3A3110C equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2M534 made by Dayton as well as the popular 3S7932MD244G2 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2021818001 by Syscon and 2N3A3110C spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1FT60868AH711EB01FT60868AH711EB01FT60868 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
