COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ametek 1986F2XSX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dalsa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cognex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the ISM102000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S32002K4000R manufactured by Dalsa and we are pleased to be able to service most Dalsa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IS702001 by Manufacturer Cognex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand 30MPA1PHSA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BTL0UHW equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4G7C made by Cognex as well as the popular H38D12NB28VVCCWSCCENS original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMRL4816A by Banner and BTL0UHW spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 41421 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
