COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ameritherm 003-0030-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Anllen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applicom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asahi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Anllen-Bradley such as the 2094 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCU2000ETH manufactured by Applicom and we are pleased to be able to service most Applicom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 130NK by Manufacturer Asahi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Arcus-Technology Brand ACESDE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Applied-Materials such as 1280124 equipment made by Applied-Materials have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Materials products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Materials" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8210G7 made by Asco as well as the popular ASKL58100K original spares produced by Amston-Scales Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 629168 by Asco and 1280124 spares by Applied-Materials are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original EF8264G10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
