COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the American Sensor Tech AST4700 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asi-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the RFTB1803S3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A0110100R manufactured by Asi-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Asi-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RFEA3010P6 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BTL5P1M1016PS32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ametek such as 952QD0120XXE1000EF3M1VDX1 equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BNS816B03PA1260511 made by Balluff as well as the popular K17MEK11F31000X12 original spares produced by Ashcroft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SE12T by Ati and 952QD0120XXE1000EF3M1VDX1 spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPT83007D02030625 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
