COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the American Sensor Tech AST4600A05000P4U10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Balluff products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Materials parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Axcelis product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Balluff such as the RFEA3010P6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4147887 manufactured by Applied-Materials and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Materials systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 078103070001 by Manufacturer Axcelis as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atlas-Copco Brand 1000C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as 2051715 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BTL5T110Mo300PS103 made by Balluff as well as the popular BES516300S2951025S4 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5S112M0254PSU040S32 by Balluff and 2051715 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SN6493 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asahi. |
