COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the American Sensor Tech AST4000B00250P4D0000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Armtec-Industries products, including obsoleted and phased-out Balluff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Aw-Company product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Armtec-Industries such as the 58880EDISON spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BES517110 manufactured by Balluff and we are pleased to be able to service most Balluff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PPK20 by Manufacturer Aw-Company as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BNIIOL751V03K007 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BTL2P10610FS32 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 40A00200PGE1000 made by Asco as well as the popular ER085U original spares produced by Balogh Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PTSPGE110012100 by Bailey and BTL2P10610FS32 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFZ57A2284 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Automation-Industries. |
