COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the American Robot SC322A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asahi-America products, including obsoleted and phased-out Applied-Microbotics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Applied-Microbotics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asahi-America such as the D79PSNST spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0120305 manufactured by Applied-Microbotics and we are pleased to be able to service most Applied-Microbotics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0120205 by Manufacturer Applied-Microbotics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Animatics Brand C5100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Anafaze such as IRSMI2311FT equipment made by Anafaze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anafaze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anafaze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 827G011 made by Asco as well as the popular HB8300A081RU original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PD0SPARSPAAB by Aro and IRSMI2311FT spares by Anafaze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HT34489 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applied-Motion. |
