COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ambitech SS-2A-2S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Witenstein parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the SGMSV20A3A2101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SK075SMF13 manufactured by Witenstein and we are pleased to be able to service most Witenstein systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGM04U314 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMGH20ACA61 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Hydromatic such as SPGL200M22 equipment made by Hydromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hydromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hydromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD0535 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular SM3420DPLS original spares produced by Animatics Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGM02U3B2L by Yaskawa and SPGL200M22 spares by Hydromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGM08A314B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
