COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Amada COO26B-PASQ2-000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amat-Applied-Materials products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amclyde parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Amtech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amat-Applied-Materials such as the Anorad spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LM2E5983 manufactured by Amclyde and we are pleased to be able to service most Amclyde systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AMT1104 by Manufacturer Amtech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Analogic Brand 1TG3030D2C1XX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amatrol such as 85MT5A equipment made by Amatrol have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amatrol products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amatrol" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC25FS1NPRGMDS made by Amci as well as the popular AEXMS1D3B75 original spares produced by Appleton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G592A by Aridyne and 85MT5A spares by Amatrol are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5000111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Appled-Motion-Products. |
