COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Altronic GPN1000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Horner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Horner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the JVOP114 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HE500TIU100H01 manufactured by Horner and we are pleased to be able to service most Horner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE5000CS110F by Manufacturer Horner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nematron Brand IC551186910001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ann-Arbor such as INX9000INX9TTP166STFT equipment made by Ann-Arbor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ann-Arbor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ann-Arbor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KS450154000 made by Dfi as well as the popular IC750VFD240A original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L123037USS by Honeywell and INX9000INX9TTP166STFT spares by Ann-Arbor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original I6SLH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fusion. |
