COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Altivar ATV630C16N4 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ametek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Anilam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Arcus-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ametek such as the 700120001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ML080QT115S manufactured by Anilam and we are pleased to be able to service most Anilam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACESDE by Manufacturer Arcus-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ams-304i-200 Brand AMS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Amot-Controls such as MPD1RT5W2 equipment made by Amot-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amot-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amot-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RCP10032560S made by Amlok as well as the popular 5000111 original spares produced by Appled-Motion-Products Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS3306dE by Api-Controls and MPD1RT5W2 spares by Amot-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 222345005D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco. |
