COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Alpha D-97999 SP 100-MF 1-5-141 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bonfigioli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bmq815-15-l-56c parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfigioli such as the VFR86L1P1P80240280241 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Grove manufactured by Bmq815-15-l-56c and we are pleased to be able to service most Bmq815-15-l-56c systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41990450A by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atek Brand V160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bmq232-40-2-140tc such as GRG8320150 equipment made by Bmq232-40-2-140tc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bmq232-40-2-140tc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bmq232-40-2-140tc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F653BF160B7 made by Boston as well as the popular 35S15L original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 300L2 by Bonfigioli and GRG8320150 spares by Bmq232-40-2-140tc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RATIO51 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
