COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Alpha 140Y-MF1-5-4K1-2S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Foote products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nord parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Flowserve product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Foote such as the 1H51732A3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 22N56C manufactured by Nord and we are pleased to be able to service most Nord systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2F284511 by Manufacturer Flowserve as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Chempump Brand 2CMPF75K1S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dayton such as 2Z932A equipment made by Dayton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dayton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dayton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 177814MGT55 made by Gates as well as the popular 160F23 original spares produced by Martin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2280L4 by Nord and 2Z932A spares by Dayton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 14MGT119037 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gates. |
