COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allied Controls MH12D 26.5VDC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Boston products, including obsoleted and phased-out Audio-Precision parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Clark product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Boston such as the 12D258 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MFI52035411 manufactured by Audio-Precision and we are pleased to be able to service most Audio-Precision systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5UUH476 by Manufacturer Clark as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Basler Brand E2ED1FB0S1F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Electromatic such as SA105024 equipment made by Electromatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Electromatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Electromatic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BE12759 made by Basler as well as the popular F0920301003100 original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A3EC2JB1S3F by Basler and SA105024 spares by Electromatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 66D2045G43 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Eaton. |
