COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley T4J0320YD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Amci products, including obsoleted and phased-out Binder parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Amci such as the H25FE06 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4121407F00 manufactured by Binder and we are pleased to be able to service most Binder systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H40A36ABZ7406RLEDSCULS by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-bradley Brand R4K1440YD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as USE5612YI equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XH20DB37SS2048T2ABZC28VVSM18 made by Bei as well as the popular PXLX3 original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7200 by Bently-Nevada and USE5612YI spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 9782P01VCE000000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
