COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley OF4VI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bardac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Hoerbiger-Origa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bardac such as the PLX115270 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UOER23 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P126S22X72BM by Manufacturer Hoerbiger-Origa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Micromotion Brand RFT9739D4SCA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi-Electric such as UF701C equipment made by Mitsubishi-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SNAT7780CNT made by Abb as well as the popular UNC4101 original spares produced by Tac Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TPCB12S2EMXU by Wonderware and UF701C spares by Mitsubishi-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCG32000F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
