COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley MPL-B4530K-MK22AA /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Torque-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Torque parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Torque-Systems such as the ME3528482C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ME4102101E manufactured by Torque and we are pleased to be able to service most Torque systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD115DN020N2M130PB2 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLA310PMJ24AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Genteq such as MOT06765 equipment made by Genteq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Genteq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Genteq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MOT3MA63B4L06 made by Carpanelli as well as the popular MPGB010091S24 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MHE45SCONS0000 by Control-Techniques and MOT06765 spares by Genteq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDM102Q2V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
