COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley MPL-B330P-SK72AA /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ormec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nachi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ormec such as the MACDE003A1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MFM552Q2 manufactured by Nachi and we are pleased to be able to service most Nachi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MFM352H3V by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MDD090CN040N2M110GB1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as MPLB330PMK72AAA equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Model5 made by Fanuc as well as the popular MCS14L32RS080Z0F0ST6S00NR0SU original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDEMA1M09032 by Lenze and MPLB330PMK72AAA spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
