COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley D570953 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Okuma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge-Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Okuma such as the E0105437051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DDS021A100DA0201FW manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC3600STDC1H1 by Manufacturer Ge-Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ite Brand FD63B150PC4754 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as GPD515CB041 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800HFXB1P1H made by Ge as well as the popular IC3603A177AG9 original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FCU6HD2423 by Mitsubishi and GPD515CB041 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FUM210 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
