COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 845H-SJGB24DRY2C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Banner-Engineering parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bently-Nevada product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the H25DSS640ABZ7406SM16S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USE6412YP2 manufactured by Banner-Engineering and we are pleased to be able to service most Banner-Engineering systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3307300800300 by Manufacturer Bently-Nevada as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Banner Brand CR5RA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner such as USE4012Y equipment made by Banner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4S2HX51T000 made by Avtron as well as the popular H40A36ABZ7406RLEDSCULS original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TLGI2FL6M01 by Brooks and USE4012Y spares by Banner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25DSS64A7406EM16S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
