COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 845H-SJDZ26DRYR1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bei parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the CLMLDR96LA100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 924010023432 manufactured by Bei and we are pleased to be able to service most Bei systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3000NPU02 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bristol Brand HD126N2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as PVD225Q equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 40100700100S115 made by Balluff as well as the popular 2174708000 original spares produced by Bently-Nevada Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3301010028101205 by Bently-Nevada and PVD225Q spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BTL2A210762ZS32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
