COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 845G-F3G8HC1024R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bently-Nevada products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chromalox parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Blh product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bently-Nevada such as the 3300XL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4VV4100001 manufactured by Chromalox and we are pleased to be able to service most Chromalox systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T3P1 by Manufacturer Blh as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand 9782P01VCE000000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Balluff such as BTL5A11M0305PS32 equipment made by Balluff have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balluff products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balluff" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 200mA made by Allen-bradley as well as the popular 540300 original spares produced by Cognex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 57SP006B2S10 by Ametek and BTL5A11M0305PS32 spares by Balluff are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original USR4012Y Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Banner. |
