COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 445L-R4S0600YD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cleveland product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the 4G7S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IS70501 manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MO0449110 by Manufacturer Cleveland as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baumer Brand FHDM16N5001S14 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ambitech such as 460V equipment made by Ambitech have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ambitech products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ambitech" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 200C10A1C1A040TF6A02 made by Burns as well as the popular 6111 original spares produced by Brosa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 845HSJDZ24DNY2 by Allen-bradley and 460V spares by Ambitech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 57SP006B2SCA10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ametek. |
