COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 42SRP-6024 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Artus parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bei product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the 8005870 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 04S19RX702F10F13 manufactured by Artus and we are pleased to be able to service most Artus systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS35F100R2SS1024ABZC28VVSM18S by Manufacturer Bei as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bently-Nevada Brand 3536 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Clarostat such as 240C equipment made by Clarostat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Clarostat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Clarostat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SLSCR301050P8 made by Banner-Engineering as well as the popular BTL5P1M0381PS32 original spares produced by Balluff Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SLPE251530P8 by Banner and 240C spares by Clarostat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 940816159 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Balluff. |
