COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 1794-ASB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Balluff product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the MSXLE4824 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HFE30003U manufactured by Bilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Bilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BTL5E10M0105ZS32 by Manufacturer Balluff as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Blh Brand KIS2LoadCell in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as MSKA3624C1 equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 04S19RX702F10F13 made by Artus as well as the popular HS35F75R1SS5000ABZC4469SM18EX original spares produced by Bei Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 42DRP5500 by Allen-bradley and MSKA3624C1 spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H25DSS1000ABC28VVSM20S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bei. |
