COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 1785-L80E-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Advantage products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantage such as the 34242017A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 233mmx64oPMC manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 193X532ADG04 by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-Fanuc Brand 44A391708G02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Siemens such as 1FT60841AF713AG1 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3HNE052811 made by Abb as well as the popular 1JAZ9XY2 original spares produced by Allen-bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PK6M1A by Allen-bradley and 1FT60841AF713AG1 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3HAB2136109 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asea. |
