COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 150-A35NBDB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Banner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Beckhoff parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Convex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Banner such as the MSE824YP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AX510300000x00 manufactured by Beckhoff and we are pleased to be able to service most Beckhoff systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSDL10AA01H1 by Manufacturer Convex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand 7VNESO30CD02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bl such as PZ0A050APJ1P00 equipment made by Bl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bl" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 45238472 made by Lenze as well as the popular RYC500D3VVT2 original spares produced by Fuji Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UGS0417B by Bimba and PZ0A050APJ1P00 spares by Bl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMA98710019B1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Glentek. |
