COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley 1336F-C030-AA-EN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bei products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bindicator product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bei such as the XH20DB37SS2048T2ABZC28VVSM18 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IRU9425M manufactured by Apg and we are pleased to be able to service most Apg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LPIISG by Manufacturer Bindicator as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Balluff Brand BTL5P1M0381PS32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Banner-Engineering such as EA5E600Q equipment made by Banner-Engineering have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Banner-Engineering products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Banner-Engineering" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BISM371000A01 made by Balluff as well as the popular TLGI2FL6M01 original spares produced by Brooks Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM200S by Cognex and EA5E600Q spares by Banner-Engineering are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 440LC4K1760YD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-bradley. |
