COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley TLY-A220T-KK62AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moog parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pacific-Scientific product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the SGMS10XX21 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM23165MTPGA manufactured by Moog and we are pleased to be able to service most Moog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR36408063756HC by Manufacturer Pacific-Scientific as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yasakawa Brand SGMDH12A2AYR13 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasakawa such as SGMAH04AAA61D0Y equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMG13ASABC made by Yaskawa as well as the popular SGMSV15A3A6C original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMDH13A2YR13 by Yaskawa and SGMAH04AAA61D0Y spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
