COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley TLY-A130T-HJ64AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yasakawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Alpha parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sterling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yasakawa such as the SGMP08AWYR42 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SP140SMF171H12S manufactured by Alpha and we are pleased to be able to service most Alpha systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SSR0402AY05064 by Manufacturer Sterling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Animatics Brand SMARTMOTOR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elau such as SM10040050P045S1B0 equipment made by Elau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available T2SA162NSB1B731AA made by Parker as well as the popular T56S2104A original spares produced by Reliance Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMG13AWAYR11 by Yasakawa and SM10040050P045S1B0 spares by Elau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK075SMF13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Witenstein. |
