COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley PanelView Plus 1250 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Delta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the XBTP011010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TP04P21EX1R manufactured by Delta and we are pleased to be able to service most Delta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44C741055G01R06 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand ECS4030NA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Delta such as TP08GBT2 equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6AV66470AF113AX0 made by Siemens as well as the popular QPJ2D100S2PQPJ20100S2P original spares produced by Quick-Panel Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PRDT10C2711PCRP1 by Allen-Bradley and TP08GBT2 spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGDVR90A11B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
