COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley Panel View 1000 Cat 2711 T10C15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Milacron products, including obsoleted and phased-out General-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Cam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Milacron such as the V12 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM10120 manufactured by General-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most General-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS502110M09L by Manufacturer Electro-Cam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pepperl--Fuchs Brand VAA4AK3R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shallbetter such as RTXRT equipment made by Shallbetter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shallbetter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shallbetter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ST200CP05W made by Yamatake as well as the popular Series4000 original spares produced by Z-Axis Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PanelView600 by Allen-Bradley and RTXRT spares by Shallbetter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UO945 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
