COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley P70 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Applied-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aquatrac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Answer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Applied-Motion such as the PD5580 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10TCOT1ORRCFV manufactured by Aquatrac and we are pleased to be able to service most Aquatrac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VAL by Manufacturer Answer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Amat-Applied-Materials Brand Anorad in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Anderson such as SR73G00501100 equipment made by Anderson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Anderson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Anderson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available QS1500LRNPT3 made by Applied-Robotics as well as the popular 71063SE original spares produced by Ametek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5000M by Anilam and SR73G00501100 spares by Anderson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DF354H054A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alps-Electric. |
