COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley NX700 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ashcroft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Chrontrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eip product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ashcroft such as the T450TS060 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XT4S manufactured by Chrontrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Chrontrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 351D by Manufacturer Eip as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cincinnati-Milacron Brand BDS421023415V32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Diasys such as FXAIM02 equipment made by Diasys have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Diasys products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Diasys" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available A302LN made by Eaton as well as the popular IC670MDL640J original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NDSM04 by Bailey and FXAIM02 spares by Diasys are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 86001674L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
