COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPL-B680B-M-X227 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Allen-Bradley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Allen-Bradley such as the MPLB320PMK74AA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKE037B144GP0BUNN manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC90B0JD1B by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MDD112DN030N2M130PA0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as MGM490CONS0000 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD112BN020N2L130PA0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MAC112C0KD4C130B0WI520LVS005 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MITSUBISHIMelservoACHCRFS353B by Mitsubishi and MGM490CONS0000 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
