COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPL-B310P-SJ72AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the Megatorque spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC112C manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLA310PHJ22AAA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MKD025B144KP1KN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sankyo-Seiki such as MC101NS302ANN1B equipment made by Sankyo-Seiki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sankyo-Seiki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sankyo-Seiki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCS06C41RS0B0A made by Lenze as well as the popular MDSKSBS05633 original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MM2333 by Baldor and MC101NS302ANN1B spares by Sankyo-Seiki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC112C0HD2C130B2S013 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
