COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPL-A320P-SJ74AA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Denso products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Panasonic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Denso such as the MEC10BV04100100370 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MKD090B047KG1KN manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MFA020HA2NSM by Manufacturer Panasonic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ormec Brand MACA110FK1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Indramat such as MHD093C035PG0BN equipment made by Indramat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Indramat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Indramat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C0HD2C130A2S018 made by Indramat as well as the popular Model20S3000 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MKD025B144KP1KN by Rexroth and MHD093C035PG0BN spares by Indramat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC42D2DC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microsafe. |
