COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPL-A310P-HJ22AA /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kollmorgen products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kollmorgen such as the MH425D63PS115010SH spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M7040T manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC115D0CS4C130A2WI520LVS001 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Indramat Brand MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI524LS05 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Marathon such as ModelBVE182TTDR7601EV equipment made by Marathon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Marathon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Marathon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD090CN040N2L110PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MOT3MA63B4L06 original spares produced by Carpanelli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDSKSBS05633 by Lenze and ModelBVE182TTDR7601EV spares by Marathon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MOTO3118 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trane. |
