COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley MPF-B430P-MJ72BA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Torque-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Torque-Systems such as the ME3528547C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDXMA2M07113 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M9185D4008 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Rexroth Brand MAC115D0CS4C130A2WI520LVS001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as M7072T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPFB430PMJ22AA made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular MACF115BS original spares produced by Kollmorgen Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCS06141LRS0B0A11NST5S00NR2SU by Lenze and M7072T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090C0GD4C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
